Sami Labs has created a benchmark for standardized herbal medicines globally. With six highly advanced, state-of-the-art manufacturing units, which adhere to the strictest quality and safety norms, Sami Labs focuses all its efforts towards creating effective and safe products.
Every facility is in compliance with local rules and regulations. All effluent streams are treated and disposed off significantly. Reflecting the internal system of quality and regulatory requirements, the facilities are certified by National Sanitary Foundation of USA and the Orthodox Union (Kosher) of USA.
Its Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) registration is just one of the many aspects that reflect the company’s commitment to high quality and customer satisfaction.

The manufacturing unit at Kunigal is a 100 percent EoU unit. With an efficient production team in charge, all the R&D products are scaled up successfully to meet our customers' needs.

Sami set up its Biotechnology division in the year 2000. This division is involved in the production of high-value enzymes and probiotics.

Super Critical Fluid Extraction (SCFE), Nelamangala, Bangalore
With the strict regulations on VOC and ODC emissions and the rigid examination of the solvent residues that goes into any pharmaceutical, medical or nutraceutical products, the need for a Super Critical Fluid Extraction becomes essential.
Sami set up this facility in 2002. It is the first commercial unit to be established with indigenous technology developed by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mumbai. It uses carbon dioxide in its critical phase as extraction medium.
The unit is fully computerized and it avoids industrial pollution and ensures safety of its products when compared to traditional extraction methods.

Sami Hyderabad
Genome valley, Hyderabad
Sami Hyderabad is located in SP biotech park, Genome valley, Hyderabad. It is situated in a 4.5 care plot and has all basic conventional facilities. The reactors are of varying capacities starting from 500 liters to 8000 liters with all distillation assembly and other requirements. The factory is also equipped with an efficient quality control lab and microbiology lab that is capable of analyzing all incoming and out going materials on a regular fashion.

Sami Dobaspet
Continuous Extraction, Dobaspet, Bangalore
This is a continuous solvent extraction plant with a state of the art technology. The salient feature of this technology is that the extraction capacity is considerably high, approximately 20-25 tons per day. This is about 20 times more than that of the conventional batch type extractors. Another advantage is that the solvent evaporation is considerably lower which makes it environment friendly. This plant is ideally suited for ‘low active content raw materials’ which necessitates large volume extractions with low solvent consumption.

This facility at Utah provides a strong formulation support and is equipped to handle various dosage forms. The stick pack facility offers convenient package form for the growing industry needs.
